Referral & screening
Patients enter through medical and psychological screening run by the Mindscape clinical team. By the time a patient reaches you, eligibility and safety questions have been worked by the people whose job that is.
Preparation — your work begins
Weekly 50-minute video sessions building readiness: expectations, intention, psychophysical readiness, and support planning. You see the medical team's clearance status and dosing schedule in the same chart you write your notes in.
Medically supervised treatment
Dosing happens inside Mindscape's medically supervised program — never in your sessions and never your liability. Your chart shows the dosing dates so your sessions land where they matter most.
Integration — the long arc
The heart of the program: weekly integration sessions helping patients translate an intensive experience into durable change, supported by validated assessments and daily check-ins you can actually see.

What a week actually looks like
- A steady caseload of assigned patients — no marketing, no billing, no chasing referrals.
- Weekly 50-minute video sessions from wherever you practice, scheduled inside your availability windows.
- A session note signed within 24 hours, written in the same chart that shows assessments, check-ins, and medication context.
- Assessment trends and daily check-ins reviewed at a glance before each session, not reconstructed from memory.
- A care team one message away: medical and psychology staff sharing the same patient, the same chart, the same thread.
Who We Look For
The clinicians this program is built for
- Clinicians with real depth in trauma-informed work — the patients who reach us are working with addiction, PTSD, depression, and complex histories.
- An active independent clinical license in good standing: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PhD or PsyD.
- Humility and steadiness around non-ordinary states of consciousness. Psychedelic or KAP experience is preferred — and we train you if this work is new to you.
- Comfort with measurement: validated scales and daily check-ins are first-class parts of this program, not paperwork.
- Current malpractice insurance, a private telehealth setting, and an encrypted device.
- Licensure in the states where your assigned patients live — we match assignments to your licenses.
Training & Onboarding
We train you for this work
- Structured onboarding in preparation and integration work for medically supervised psychedelic care.
- Platform training on the chart, scheduling, notes, assessments, and check-in review.
- A supervised mock session before your first patient.
- Case consultation and a peer community of clinicians doing the same work.
