Outcome rates are based on patient self-reporting and clinician assessment at scheduled follow-up intervals (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months post-treatment). Not all patients complete all follow-up intervals. Reported rates reflect patients who responded to follow-up contact.
Success rates are highest among patients who complete the full 90-day integration program. Individual results vary based on condition severity, treatment history, co-occurring conditions, and engagement with post-treatment protocols.
