How companion stays work

A companion is a partner, spouse, family member, or support person who stays at the retreat with you without receiving treatment themselves. Companions are welcome at MindScape, and for many guests, having their person nearby is the difference that makes treatment feel possible.

The fee is one simple number: $250 per day, and it covers everything except the treatment itself. Your companion shares your room, eats the same chef-prepared meals, and uses the facility like any guest: the pool, the common spaces, the grounds. A full 14-day stay comes to $3,500 — and shorter or longer stays scale by the day, with no hidden fees.

The medicine sessions themselves are a clinical space: you, the physician, and the medical team, with continuous monitoring. Companions do not sit in the treatment room, and that is a safety decision, not a hospitality one. Your companion is nearby, the team keeps them informed, and they are with you again as soon as the clinical part of the day is complete.
