Ibogaine treatment at MindScape Retreat costs between $7,500 and $15,500 depending on the program selected. All programs are all-inclusive, covering accommodation, daily meals, 24/7 physician and nursing supervision, pre-treatment cardiac screening, NAD+ infusions, therapeutic support, and 90-day integration coaching. There are no hidden fees or add-on charges.

Ours are the prices above: all-inclusive programs start at $7,500 for a 5-day retreat and $8,500 for a 7-day clinical program; condition-specific programs run $11,500 to $15,500, and the VIP Oceanfront residence starts at $15,500 for 7 days with longer stays priced per day. Across Mexico more broadly, prices vary enormously, and the variation usually reflects what is included — particularly whether a physician is on-site 24/7 and whether cardiac screening is required. Compare inclusions before you compare numbers. The only additional expense with us is travel to Cozumel, typically $300 to $600 round trip.

Individual programs are per person — one guest receiving treatment. Couples programs are per couple: both people, one price ($13,000 for the 5-day retreat, $15,000 for the 7-day treatment, $25,500 for 10–12 days, $29,000 for 14 days). A partner who comes along without being treated joins as a companion at $250 per day. When you compare quotes from different clinics, check which way theirs is quoted — it is the most common place a comparison goes wrong.

A $2,500 deposit reserves a standard treatment program at Casa Selva or The Hacienda. The VIP Oceanfront Residence deposit is $5,000, fully refundable until 7 days before arrival, after which it converts to a reschedule credit. A one-day 5-MeO-DMT session is reserved with a $500 deposit.

Beyond the multi-day ibogaine programs, a one-day private 5-MeO-DMT (Bufo) session is $1,450 at our Casa Selva jungle facility or The Hacienda downtown, or $2,200 as a private session at the Oceanfront Residence. Multi-day 5-MeO-DMT retreats run $3,500 to $6,500 for three days and $5,000 to $8,500 for five days, by residence. Psilocybin programs (a three-night stay with two guided sessions) are $3,500 to $6,500. All prices are per person and all-inclusive.

Yes. Casa Selva, our jungle facility, carries our base pricing. The Hacienda, a five-bedroom residence in downtown Cozumel, is $2,000 above the same program at Casa Selva. The Oceanfront Residence is our VIP tier, with a 7-day all-inclusive program at $15,500. A companion who is not receiving treatment can join any program for $250 per day, which covers their room, meals, and full facility access.

Three things: your travel to Cozumel (flights and the ferry from Playa del Carmen), a valid passport if you do not have one, and a companion if someone comes with you without being treated, at $250 per day for their room, meals, and facility access. Your program includes 90 days of integration support from our team. Beyond that, plan for ongoing therapy or integration work with a provider near you, any medications your own physician continues or tapers, and your normal follow-up care. Those costs depend on your insurance, location, and providers, so we go through the full list with you during your prescreen rather than quoting invented figures.

Most patients budget $300 to $600 total round-trip from US cities, varying by departure city, season, and booking window. You can fly directly to Cozumel, or fly to Cancun and take the 45-minute ferry from Playa del Carmen (roughly $20). MindScape arranges airport pickup and all local transportation once you arrive.
