That is exactly why the setting, the guide, and the safety around it matter so much.
A MindScape ceremony keeps the reverence: a quiet, intentional space at one of our Cozumel residences, an experienced facilitator, and time held for you alone. What we add is the rigor most ceremonies lack — physician screening beforehand, including cardiac safety, medical presence throughout, and structured integration after.
The ceremony itself is one day. You arrive in the morning, are received and prepared, journey in the early afternoon, and spend the rest of the day landing gently — rest, reflection, and guided integration before you leave.

Why 'underground' ceremonies concern us
Bufo ceremonies are increasingly offered informally — in living rooms, at festivals, on retreats with no medical capability. 5-MeO-DMT is powerful and fast-acting, and in an unscreened setting nobody knows whether your heart, your medications, or your history make it dangerous for you, and nobody is equipped if something goes wrong.
We believe the answer isn't to strip the ceremony of meaning — it's to hold it inside real safety. Every MindScape ceremony begins with a confidential medical pre-screen reviewed by our clinical team. If a ceremony isn't safe for you, we tell you honestly, and we don't proceed.

You are guided and accompanied through the entire arc — preparation, the journey itself, and the hours after.

Screening, monitoring, and a team prepared for every contingency, so you can surrender fully to the experience.
Same-Day Integration
Structured reflection while the experience is fresh, plus guidance for the days that follow.
All-Inclusive Day
Meals, facilitation, screening, and integration are included — $1,450 at Casa Selva or The Hacienda, $2,200 privately at the Oceanfront Residence.

From first step to integration
Pre-screen
Complete the confidential medical pre-screen. Our clinical team reviews it and confirms whether a ceremony is safe and appropriate for you.
Reserve your date
Choose your residence and date on the booking calendar. A $500 deposit reserves your ceremony.
Ceremony day
Arrive in the morning, prepare with your facilitator, and journey in a held, medically supported setting.
Integration
Land gently with same-day guided reflection, and leave with support for the days after.
