Do I need psychedelic experience to apply?

No. KAP or psychedelic-adjacent experience helps, but our onboarding trains you in Mindscape's preparation and integration protocols. What we require is solid clinical skill and an independent license.

Is this W-2 employment?

No. Network therapists are independent contractors (1099). You set your availability, accept or decline assignments, and keep your own practice.

How much can I expect to earn?

Rates are published above and guaranteed per completed, documented session.

How do payments work?

Direct deposit every two weeks. Your earnings ledger and statements are always visible in your portal.

What happens if a patient no-shows?

You're paid 100% of the session rate for no-shows and late cancellations inside 24 hours.

Who handles medical care and prescribing?

Mindscape's medical team owns screening, eligibility, prescribing, and dosing-day care. You deliver preparation and integration therapy with full visibility into the clinical context you need.

Where do sessions happen?

In our HIPAA-compliant video platform, from your own private workspace. Phone sessions are supported where clinically appropriate.

Which states can I work in?

You must be licensed in each patient's state at the time of session. We match assignments to your licensure, so list every active license when you apply.

How long does the application take?

About 10 minutes. You can save and resume by email link. Most clinicians go from application to first patient in 2 to 3 weeks.

Can I refer my own clients?

Yes. Network therapists get referral tools to submit a client for evaluation (with the client's consent) and track status end-to-end.
