Once a completion is recorded there is a short holding period, and then the amount is released in the next payout run. Payouts themselves are launching pending a legal review, so we will tell you exactly where that stands before you refer anyone.

We have counsel reviewing the program terms, including which partner types can be paid and on what trigger. Until that review is signed off, rewards are tracked and shown in your dashboard but nothing is disbursed. If your name or code comes up, we attach the referral to your account. If tracking ever misses, you can contact us and we will look into it and attach it manually with a record of why.

No. Everyone goes through the same physician-led screening and the same medical review, and candidacy is always a clinical decision made by our doctors. Being referred by you does not move anyone up a list, and it does not make anyone a candidate who otherwise would not be. Nothing in this program touches clinical judgment.

Yes, if you break the conduct rules. The big ones are making medical claims or promising outcomes, running paid ads on our brand terms, spamming, or referring yourself. Applications and accounts also get reviewed for the usual signals of abuse. If your account is paused or suspended you will be told why, and you can respond. Anything you have legitimately earned before that stays on your ledger.
