You arrive at MindScape Retreat on Cozumel Island, where a final medical evaluation is completed before treatment begins. Repeat cardiac screening, hydration assessment, and a clinical interview with our medical director finalize your ibogaine protocol. You settle into your private accommodation, meet the care team, and acclimate to the retreat environment. No treatment is rushed. The first two days are dedicated to ensuring you are medically stable and emotionally prepared.

Days 3-7: TA Boosters & Microdose Sessions

For opioid and alcohol programs, ibogaine TA booster doses are administered across several consecutive days. Each session lasts 4 to 6 hours and systematically builds noribogaine plasma levels, initiates mu-opioid receptor modulation, and begins the GDNF upregulation sequence. Patients in the 7-day microdose program receive their full series during this phase. All sessions are conducted with continuous cardiac monitoring and physician supervision.

Days 7-10: Flood Dose, Initial Recovery & Integration

Alcohol dependency programs typically require 10 days. Opioid dependency programs run 10 to 12 days to accommodate TA booster pre-loading before the flood dose. Parkinson's and neurological conditions require 14 days or more for extended GDNF upregulation. Beyond the on-site stay, a structured 90-day integration period extends the full treatment timeline.

The 7-day microdose program is the shortest program we offer, and it is appropriate for conditions that respond well to sub-perceptual ibogaine dosing.
