Most centers ask you to trust the process.
We show you the data.
Ibogaine and psychedelic treatment are too important to leave to impressions. So we built a proprietary data system around your care: your exact starting point captured before arrival, your safety monitored continuously during treatment, and measured outcomes you can see for yourself afterward. The same data that proves your progress is the data that keeps you safe.
Safety, measured
The system that measures your success is the one that keeps you safe
Our proprietary data system isn't only about outcomes. It's how we protect you at every step, because the safest treatment is the one where nothing is left to chance.
Screened before you travel
Every guest completes a thorough medical and cardiac screening before arrival. Contraindications and cardiac risk are identified from your data before you ever begin, so no one is treated who shouldn't be.
Monitored throughout
Your cardiac rhythm and vital signs are continuously monitored around your session by medical staff who read the data in real time and respond to it.
Prepared for anything
On-site emergency protocols and physician oversight mean your care is never improvised. The data tells your team what your body needs, moment to moment.

Before · During · After
Your recovery, measured at every stage
Choose a phase to see exactly what we track — and why it means your progress is real, personalized, and visible to you.
Phase 1 · Your baseline
We measure your starting point before you board a plane.
Your pre-screen isn't paperwork. It's the first data we collect. You complete validated, research-grade instruments matched to what you're facing, and every answer is scored server-side against published clinical thresholds. The moment you arrive, your medical team already knows your exact baseline, so nothing about your care is a guess.
The instruments
Research-grade tools, matched to you
These are the same validated, public-domain instruments used in clinical research. You only complete the ones relevant to your situation, and every score is computed from your own answers against published thresholds.
Anchors every patient as the universal outcome baseline.
Public-domain, scored against published severity bands.
Administered when anxiety is part of your presentation.
An abbreviated cluster-covering set, honestly labeled.
WHO-derived screen for alcohol involvement.
Pain, enjoyment, and general activity, for chronic pain.
Scores are computed from your own answers and reflect validated screening thresholds, not a diagnosis. Your medical team confirms the clinical picture at admission.
Transparency
Your data belongs to you — and you can see it
Your baseline, your daily check-ins, and your outcome scores all live in your patient portal. You don't have to take our word for how you're doing. You can open the portal and watch your own numbers move.
This is what accountable medicine looks like: measured before, measured after, shown to the person it matters to most.
Your first data point is the pre-screen
The confidential pre-screen is where your baseline begins. It's reviewed by our medical team, and it's the first step toward a treatment plan measured against your own starting point.
Questions, answered
How do you measure whether treatment is working?
We use validated, research-grade instruments — the same ones used in clinical studies — and we administer them before you arrive to build your baseline, then re-administer them afterward so every change is measured against your own starting point. WHO-5 wellbeing anchors every comparison. Your scores are computed from your own answers and shown in your patient portal, so progress is something you can actually see, not something you have to take on faith.
What data do you collect before I arrive?
Your pre-screen collects validated instruments matched to what you're facing: WHO-5 wellbeing for everyone, plus PHQ-9 (depression), GAD-7 (anxiety), an abbreviated PCL-5 trauma set, AUDIT-C (alcohol), PEG (pain), and craving and use-frequency baselines as relevant. Each is scored server-side against published clinical thresholds, so your medical team knows your exact baseline before you land.
Do you claim a specific success rate?
We measure outcomes honestly rather than advertise a single headline number. Every person arrives with a different baseline and a different goal, so the meaningful measure is how far you move from your own starting point. We track that with published instruments and show it to you directly. Your medical team will discuss what realistic, measurable improvement looks like for your specific situation during screening.
Can I see my own data?
Yes. Your baseline, your daily check-ins during your stay, and your outcome scores afterward all live in your patient portal, visible to you. Recovery you can track is recovery you can trust.
