The Work
Two roles, one network
Network clinician
An assigned caseload
Mindscape patients complete a 12-week arc of weekly 50-minute sessions preparing for and integrating medically supervised treatment. You see validated assessment trends, daily check-ins, and the dosing schedule in one chart, and coordinate with the medical and psychology teams caring for the same patient.
Referral partner
Your own clients
Community therapists can refer clients for evaluation, submit intake details on their behalf with consent, and follow status end to end, while remaining their outside provider of record if they choose. Referral tools open to network members first.
The 12-week program
Paid weekly, continuity kept
One session per week for 12 weeks, paid by Mindscape at your tier rate. Many patients continue beyond the included program on a self-pay basis, and continuity stays with you.

Requirements
What we ask for
- An active independent clinical license in good standing: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PhD or PsyD.
- Current malpractice insurance, with a certificate of insurance at credentialing.
- A private, professional telehealth setting and an encrypted device.
- Licensure in the states where your assigned patients live. We match assignments to your licenses.
- Psychedelic or KAP training is preferred, and we train you if this work is new to you.

No. KAP or psychedelic-adjacent experience helps, but our onboarding trains you in Mindscape's preparation and integration protocols. What we require is solid clinical skill and an independent license.
No. Network therapists are independent contractors (1099). You set your availability, accept or decline assignments, and keep your own practice.
Your session rate is guaranteed per completed, documented session and confirmed in writing before you accept any assignment.
