How much does luxury ibogaine treatment at the VIP residence cost?
The residence is $15,500 for a 7-day stay, and $1,000 for each additional day. Stays are offered at 7, 10, 12, 14, and 18 days — so a 10-day stay is $18,500, 12 days is $20,500, 14 days is $22,500, and 18 days is $26,500. The price is all-inclusive of your stay and your medically supervised ibogaine program at the residence.
How does the deposit and refund policy work?
A $5,000 deposit reserves your dates. It is fully refundable until 7 days before your arrival. Within 7 days of arrival, the deposit converts to a reschedule credit, so you can move your stay to new dates rather than lose it.
Is there a more affordable room at the residence?
Yes. The residence has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, so one bedroom does not have its own ensuite bath — it uses a nearby private bathroom instead. That room is offered at $2,000 below the standard residence rate. Everything else about the stay is identical: the same oceanfront program, chef, terrace, and daily ocean life. It is a genuine way to experience the Oceanfront Residence for less.
What is included at the VIP residence?
Everything included at our flagship facility — the full medically supervised ibogaine program, screening, chef-prepared meals, and integration — plus the private oceanfront setting itself: your own beachfront terrace on the Caribbean, daily snorkeling and ocean swimming from the property, island activities, two living rooms, ensuite suites, and an evening courtyard. The residence is in the luxury quarter of Cozumel Island, Mexico.
Is this a pet-friendly rehab? Can I bring my dog?
Yes. The VIP Oceanfront Residence is one of the few pet-friendly options anywhere for medically supervised ibogaine treatment: small and medium-sized dogs are welcome to stay with you. Tell us about your dog in your inquiry and we will prepare for their arrival too.
How is this different from a traditional luxury rehab?
Traditional luxury rehab centers offer a shared facility and a 30-day talk-therapy model. The VIP Oceanfront Residence is a private beachfront estate hosting a very small number of guests, built around MindScape's medically supervised ibogaine program — the same screening, physicians, and integration structure as our flagship Cozumel facility, in 7 to 18 days rather than months, with your own shoreline, chef, and daily ocean life around it.

The Oceanfront Residence’s next available arrival dates begin August 17, 2026. Across the collection, the earliest arrivals are August 10 at The Hacienda downtown, August 17 here at the Oceanfront Residence, and September at Casa Selva, our jungle facility. Because the residence hosts a very small number of guests at a time, dates are held only once a deposit is placed.
