5-MeO-DMT is the briefest of the major psychedelic medicines, and the hours around the ceremony shape what it becomes. At the Oceanfront Residence, preparation happens with the sound of the Caribbean, and integration happens on a private terrace over the water, not in a clinic hallway.
This is the same medically supervised session we run at our flagship jungle facility, Casa Selva: full medical screening, a physician-supervised ceremony with continuous monitoring, and structured same-day integration. The difference is the setting and the privacy, and the residence hosts your session privately.
The residence is fully booked with retreat guests until March 2027, so private sessions begin then. If you need an earlier date, Casa Selva and The Hacienda run the session daily except Sundays.

Full Medical Screening
