Catherine Bellato leads MindScape's psychological care team. She specializes in trauma-informed CBT, somatic processing, and narrative therapy, with particular expertise in patients whose previous attempts at conventional therapy have not produced durable results.
She conducts pre-treatment psychological assessments and designs each patient's integration roadmap, including post-treatment integration milestones at 4 weeks, 12 weeks, and 6 months.
