On August 17, our new VIP Oceanfront Residence welcomes its first guests: a private beachfront estate in the luxury quarter of Cozumel Island, where the complete medically supervised ibogaine program we run at our flagship facility unfolds on a private stretch of the Caribbean.
What the residence is
The residence is not a wing or an upgrade. It is an entire oceanfront estate reserved for a very small number of guests at a time, with two living rooms, private ensuite suites, a chef's kitchen, a lantern-lit courtyard, and a colonnaded terrace that looks straight over the reef line. The water is close enough that snorkeling and ocean swimming are simply part of the daily rhythm, and curated island activities are arranged around the treatment schedule rather than instead of it.
Everything included in our flagship program is included here: physician screening, cardiac monitoring, the supervised ibogaine treatment itself, chef-prepared meals, and structured integration. The setting is what changes. Mornings begin on your own shoreline, and integration evenings end under the arches of the courtyard.
One more thing that matters to many of the people we work with: the residence is pet-friendly. Small and medium dogs are welcome to stay with their humans through the program.
Pricing, dates, and the opening discount
We publish pricing because people planning treatment deserve to see real numbers. A 7-day stay at the residence is $15,500, and each additional day is $1,000, with stays offered at 7, 10, 12, 14, and 18 days. A $5,000 deposit reserves your dates and is fully refundable until 7 days before arrival; within that final week it converts to a reschedule credit rather than being lost.
